For families, friends and running clubs
The wellness app for families and friends
Start a circle with the people you love. Each of you gets a daily rhythm that fills as you walk, sleep, breathe and check in, so you can see how everyone is really doing.

How Wellnest works
Start a circle
Invite your family or friends with a six letter code. Each person picks which parts of their day the circle can see.
Live your day
Steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes arrive from Apple Health or Health Connect. A check-in takes five seconds.
Look out for each other
Send a nudge when someone could use one, react to their moments, or start a challenge together.
Daily rhythm score
A daily rhythm score that rewards a balanced day
Your ring has five parts: move, rest, mind, check-in and connect. Each is worth 20 points, so ten thousand steps on four hours of sleep does not make a great day.
Mood is information for your circle, never a grade. A rough day earns the same check-in points as a great one.
- Steps and workouts count the same, so a gym day without many steps still fills Move
- Seven to nine hours of sleep and a steady bedtime fill Rest
- Three nudges, reactions, comments or posts fill Connect

Circles and nudges
Circles and nudges for the people you love
A circle is your family, your friend group or your running club. Everyone’s rhythm shows at a glance, with the detail each person chose to share with that circle.
When someone could use a push, tap a nudge like “Go to bed”, “Walk?” or “Proud of you”. They get a gentle notification, not a lecture.
- A podium for the three fullest rings of the day
- Choose what each circle sees: steps and exercise, sleep, mindful minutes, mood
- Tap anyone to see their last two weeks

Challenges
Family step challenges and team goals
Pick a template like Family 200k steps, Early to bed week, Gym buddies or Balanced week. Each one sets what counts, the goal and how many days it runs.
Some are a race for the podium. Others add everyone’s effort into one shared goal, so grandma’s 3,000 steps count as much as anyone’s.
- Challenges from 7 to 30 days
- Progress updates on its own from each person’s day
- See who contributed what

Mind
Guided breathing exercises and quiet sits
Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing and the physiological sigh, each paced by a circle that grows as you breathe in. A light tap marks every phase, so you can close your eyes.
Sits begin and end with a bell. Every minute fills your Mind arc and, with your permission, your mindful minutes in Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Box, 4-7-8 and a five minute sit are free
- Share a finished session with your circle, or keep it to yourself
- Sessions of 1, 3 or 5 minutes, sits up to 20

Your health data stays yours
Wellnest is built for small, private circles. Nothing you do is public, and you decide what each circle can see.
You choose what each circle sees
Share steps with your running club and sleep with your family. Switches are per circle and per part of your day.
No ads, and your data is never sold
Health data is read from Apple Health or Health Connect only after you allow it, and only to fill your rhythm.
Leave any time
Delete your account from the You tab and your profile, health data, posts and memberships are removed.
Not a medical service
Wellnest encourages healthy habits. It does not give medical advice and is not an emergency alert service.

Is Wellnest free?
Yes. Joining circles, check-ins, nudges, challenges, box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing and a five minute sit are free. Wellnest Plus costs 4.99 USD a month or 29.99 USD a year with a 7 day free trial, and adds unlimited circles you start, 30 day insights and the full Mind library.
How do I start a family step challenge?
Open your family circle, tap New next to Challenges and pick Family 200k steps. It is a 14 day team goal, so everyone’s steps add up to one total.
Learn moreWhat is a rhythm score?
It is a daily score out of 100 with five equal parts: move, rest, mind, check-in and connect. It rewards a balanced day, so no single number can carry it.
Learn moreCan my family see all of my health data?
Only what you choose. Your rhythm score is shared with your circles, and each circle has its own switches for steps and exercise, sleep, mindful minutes and mood check-ins.
Learn moreHow do I do box breathing in Wellnest?
Open the Mind tab, pick Box and choose 1, 3 or 5 minutes. Follow the circle as it grows, holds and shrinks on a four count, with a light tap at each change.
Learn moreWhat is a physiological sigh?
Two breaths in through the nose, the second a short top-up, then one long breath out through the mouth. Wellnest paces it for you in the Sigh pattern, part of Wellnest Plus.
Learn moreDoes Wellnest work with Apple Health and Health Connect?
Yes. With your permission it reads steps, workouts, sleep and mindful minutes, and writes your breathing sessions back as mindful minutes. You can also log everything by hand.
Learn moreCan Wellnest help me stay accountable to healthy habits?
That is what circles are for. A circle of two works well: you both see each other’s day without reporting it, and a nudge takes one tap.
Learn moreWhat challenges can we run with friends?
Templates cover steps, workout minutes, sleep, mindful minutes, check-in days and an average rhythm score, as individual goals or a shared team goal, over 7 to 30 days.
Learn moreWhen can I download Wellnest?
Wellnest is coming to the App Store for iPhone and to Google Play for Android. This page will link to both stores as soon as they are live.
